Isolation!

Have you ever been in a phase where isolation seems best to you? People say isolation will detoriate you but is that true? How can something deterioate you when that is the only thing helping you survive. I think it's a good therapy. You learn better about yourself when you are alone. You learn to deal with your emotions, to overcome your loneliness, the vaccum in your life, the guilt. The best kind of relationship is the one you have with yourself. Isolation is good as long as you are sure you are not going into depression or showing signs of self harm. You confine yourself in a room, talk to only 4-5 people who you are sure won't hurt you why? because you want to create your safe zone. is it wrong? NO. You are just looking out for yourself. You cry, you break down, you fight, you get angry and you get upset, these are your ways of venting out your emotions, it's not wrong, you are just hurt and you have suffered. 
Trust is an issue and so you fight more and you question their every sentence and call them up every five minutes just to ask if they are still there for you. You need assurances every now and then. Somebody said come out of your isolation you will feel better, your family will boost your confidence but what when family is the first thing you don't trust and want to stay a little aloof from, again I said aloof not run away from. We can try trusting the family but obviously it's gonna take awhile. Conclusion, It is OK, to want to trust only a few people and be with them only and stay stuck in a room, in your bed, with the laptop, with the music, not falling into trouble and just being yourself.

ISOLATION IS A GOOD THERAPY.
